About Nikhil Panchal

Keeping a family business thriving though generations is a living dream. And Nikhil is proof of concept, that with a clear vision & business agility, that dream is possible. 24 years ago, Nikhil took on a 18-year-old family business & made his impact felt by sustaining and scaling Panchal Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. all while giving it a competitive edge. In addition to improving business structure, he introduced new product lines to stay relevant, deployed new technologies to stay ahead of the curve and created a robust expansion plan to enter new and international markets. Owing to this, in the last 12 years, Panchal Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. has seen a 10x revenue growth. An achiever from his early days, Nikhil is a Mechanical Engineer and has a B.Com in Finance. 
He acquired both degrees in parallel to expedite the learning phase & fast track his entry into the family business. For Nikhil, knowledge has always been power and he continued on his learning journey through the years all while managing a successful business. Over the years, he has done a Software Engineering Course from IBM, International Business Development from CBI Netherlands, and training from FANUC India on Drive Maintenance. Nikhil also presently serves as the President of AIMA (Ambad Industries Manufacturers Association), an association of all industries of Nashik working towards enhancement of Nashik industrial growth. In addition to the same, he is the Chairman for the Nashik Chapter of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC).
